One of the best quarterbacks in the country. Just step up and run a play. Geez.

Left at halftime because of the weather. Thought you folks had it take care of. As I tell my friends, ETSU isn't that good, they just seem to be good enough. Looking forward to basketball.

We did choke. We should have won that game in regulation and not had to go into OT

It is not about the players. They play to the best of their ability. It is about the program, the coaching, the recruiting. We just do not have the best players in the conference. Again, all players are working hard and trying hard. But we cannot compete with other teams on many levels.

The choke job today proves that the staff currently in place is not the right men for the job

I feel like coaching and lack of discipline cost us the game - with 5 minutes to go in the 4th quarter we are up by 15 points and manage to totally blow a gasket!
I feel for the kids, they played hard and showed some grit today. They just do not know how to win an important game so the program can move forward.
I blame a lot of this on the current coaching staff.
I really think seven years of Mark Speir is enough; maybe at the end of the season he will resign and get an assistant coaching job with one of his App State buddies.
This loss is a tough one to swallow.

How do we get the best players to come to the Whee? I would say win but you can't win without good coaches and good players It is not about the players. They play to the best of their ability. I really hope statterfield goes to UNC and takes spier with him. I think that is our only hope to get rid of him and the rest of his app st goons I feel like coaching and lack of discipline cost us the game - with 5 minutes to go in the 4th quarter we are up by 15 points and manage to totally blow a gasket!

What I hope is that one day we can hire someone with previous head coaching experience which Mark Speir did not have.
Would like to see us get someone like Kerwin Bell the head coach @ Valdosta State - has been a winner everywhere he has coached.
